Evangelism - Reaching the Unbeliever
In Matthew 9:37-38 Jesus says …the harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers in the harvest. He also instructed believers in Matthew 28 to go make disciples of all the nations.
One way to grow your church is to commit to go beyond the walls of the building with laborers who are trained in the art of evangelism. A team that is equipped with all the various methods to reach the unbeliever, filled with the Holy Spirit and armed with the Word of God will surely reap a great harvest of converts.
Our training programs will equipped your Church in developing effective evangelism skills, train your outreach team in a wide range of evangelism methods, plan specific outreach events and take them outside the walls in a practical demonstration of personal evangelism.
Discipleship
What do you do when an unbeliever surrenders their life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ? Most churches do nothing other than encourage them to read the Bible and pray.
Jesus had disciples not church members. The word disciple means learner or pupil. So this young believer must now become a pupil of the Kingdom. This can only be achieved through an organized and systematic training program that addresses important Biblical principles which lead to Christian growth.
First Step is our new believer Bible study that is designed to address some of the most important lessons a new convert need to understand in order to be able to grow in the new life they have.
Topics such as Understanding the Unbeliever, their origin, the fall of man and God’s plan of salvation, as well as some of the most important steps to take early as a young believer are covered in this course.
Then there is the Foundation Study Guide for more mature believers . A deep dive into the topics mentioned in Hebrews 6:1-3. Repentance, Faith, Baptisms and Eternal Judgment are just some of the topics covered in the Study.
Developing Spiritual Ministries
PREACHERS
DANCE WORSHIP MINISTERS
INTERCESSORS
Many Churches are operating in a limited way because only a few people have a clear understanding of the spiritual gift given to them by God. Scriptures like 1 Cor. 12:1-11 and Rom.12:6-8 list many of the spiritual gifts endowed to believers by God.
When those gifts are not realized and exercised in the Church, it is denied the benefits they bring so the Church limps along, handicapped by this lack.
We will not only help believers identify their spiritual gift, but will also conduct training sessions to help them develop and grow in those ministries.
We will also assist with the establishment of a wide range of ministry team such as Evangelism, Discipleship, Dance and Drama teams, intercessors and many others.
Training Church Leaders
Church leaders are the pillars of every congregation. and a church is only as healthy and strong as its leaders.
`But strong and effective leaders don’t come automatically, they have to be made to be so through teaching and training of the biblical principles of leadership.
In Matthew 20 Jesus spoke some powerful words pertaining to the true nature of leadership. In verse 26 he said “ But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you let him be your servant. The principle of the servant leader is foreign to some because for centuries we have been taught that leaders are designed to exercise power and lordship over their congregations.
The other problem often experienced in some churches is the continuity of leadership. What happens when the current church leaders can no longer fulfill that role? Where will the next generation of leaders come from?
This is where we come in. We will train those future leaders for you. We will help to identify those with the call of leadership and take the time to impart biblical principles that will prepare them for the next step of assuming leadership roles.
